Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (B2C)
This notice is part of our Terms & Conditions (Section 7)
and will be provided to you as a PDF on a durable medium after completing your order.
Effective: October 2025
This withdrawal policy applies to distance contracts (online / phone / e-mail orders) with consumers (B2C). For businesses (B2B), no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
1. Right of Withdrawal and Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins:
- for purchases of goods on the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods (for partial deliveries: upon receipt of the last item/shipment),
- for services on the day the contract is concluded.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right, a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail) within the period is sufficient. Use of our model withdrawal form is not mandatory.
For convenience, you can complete the form online
or download it via:

The withdrawal must be sent to:
MILDcommerce e.U. – Michael MildObere Fahrenbachstraße 47, 8451 Heimschuh, Austria
E-mail: office@spritzwerk.at
3. Return of Goods
Please return the goods without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal, ideally in the original packaging, complete and well-protected.
Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the direct costs of return shipping. Unpaid (collect) returns will not be accepted.
To ensure quick processing, please include the order number and a note stating “withdrawal” in the parcel, or submit the withdrawal via our online form.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal (Goods)
Once your withdrawal has been received, the corresponding order will be marked for return. We will refund the full purchase price including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery after receipt and inspection of the goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return or proof of dispatch—using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If damage, contamination or other value reduction results from improper or excessive handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse reimbursement if resale as new is no longer possible.
5. Withdrawal from Services
If you requested that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires, your right of withdrawal expires once the service is fully performed. If you withdraw after commencement of the service, you must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the portion of services already rendered.
6. Exclusions of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made or configured according to your specifications (e.g., custom airbrush work, special orders, or customer-configured sets),
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., masks, gloves, filters, etc.),
- books, audio/video recordings or software where the medium has been unsealed or used,
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if—with your explicit consent and acknowledgment of losing the withdrawal right—execution began before the period expired,
- spare parts for airbrush/painting equipment and compressors where they have been installed or the sealed original packaging opened.
Notes on spare parts: Only handling equivalent to what is possible in a retail store is permitted. Commissioning, installation, filling (e.g., paints/thinners/oils) or regular operation exceeds permissible testing and typically results in depreciation up to total loss of value. Traces of installation, contamination (e.g., paint, solvents), opened protective/ESD bags, missing accessories or damaged original packaging may reduce reimbursement.
Your statutory rights (particularly warranty and product liability) remain unaffected.
